1. You want to give someone a gift card and need it today?

No problem - come by the Association of Zurich Specialty Stores, which is located at the Landolt-Arbenz shop at Postrasse 10. However, this is not the only point of sale for the gift card, as you can also purchase it at the participating stores (Amavita Apotheke Bahnhof, Bahnhofstr. 108 | Lalique, Talstrasse 27 | Swiss Casino, Gessnerallee 3-5 | Leder Locher, Münsterhof 18/19 | Och Sport, Bahnhofstrasse 56) during their opening hours.

2. How long is a gift card valid?

The Zurich Gift Card is valid for 5 years.

3. Where can I use the card?

The gift card can be used at over 100 businesses. You can find an overview of the partners here.

4. Can I order the gift card online?

The card can be ordered online in our webshop.

5. Is there a possibility for a balance query?

You can check the total value of the gift card online, using the button «Balance Query«.

6. In case of theft or loss, can I block the card?

The Zurich gift card can be blocked, if the card’s power card number and the code are known to its user. It is important to note that the Zurich gift card is not a personalised card and therefore cannot be tracked.
